Join us for an evening of indulgence and inspiration on Saturday the 7th of February 2026 as we showcase a curated tasting of our favourite dishes and canapés, accompanied by free-flowing beverages throughout the night.

Begin the evening with canapés and our signature wood-fire activation during cocktail hour, before moving into the Manor for dinner. Our acclaimed chef and menu creator, Daniel Ridgeway, owner of Ridgeway Catering, Little Truffle (2 Hats), Bin 232, and Madame V, will guide you through both our plated and feasting-style menus, sharing insights and inspirations behind each dish.
