Join us for an evening of indulgence and inspiration on Saturday the 6th of February 2027 as we showcase a curated tasting of our favourite dishes and canapés, accompanied by free-flowing beverages throughout the night.

Begin the evening with canapés and our signature wood-fire activation during cocktail hour, before moving into the Manor for dinner. Our acclaimed chef and menu creator, Daniel Ridgeway, co-owner of Kwila Lodge, owner of Ridgeway Catering, Little Truffle (2 Hats), and Madame V (1 hat), will guide you through both our plated and feasting-style menus, sharing insights and inspirations behind each dish.
