Once a private homestead nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast hinterland,
Kwila Lodge has been lovingly restored to celebrate its rich architectural roots while embracing a refined modern vision. The estate’s centrepiece—an original Victorian-style farmhouse—stands as a tribute to the elegance of a bygone era, with its steep gables, timber detailing, and sweeping verandahs preserved and elevated through careful craftsmanship.
From the grand stone fireplace in The Great Lodge to the soaring ceilings and curated interiors, every element reflects a respect for history and a passion for timeless design. Today, Kwila Lodge offers a unique blend of old-world romance and contemporary sophistication—where the beauty of the past sets the stage for unforgettable celebrations.

Designed for Gatherings
We are located in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast, just 20 minutes from the coastline and major transport links, yet surrounded by peaceful rainforest and mountain views. The estate spans over five acres and includes a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces suitable for ceremonies, receptions, and corporate functions.
Kwila can accommodate up to 180 guests and offer exclusive use of the property for your event. Onsite parking is available, all main event spaces are accessible and the venue operates from 9:00am to 11:30pm.
